Today Will Be a Good Day
A companion moss artwork created to pair with a previously collected piece.
Today Will Be a Good Day was commissioned after my client purchased "Today Was a Good Day," and wanted a second piece to live alongside it.
Designed to complement the original, this piece uses lush preserved mosses, delicate lichens and bursts of yellow and ivory flowers to create a joyful, layered composition. Together, the two works bring a sense of optimism, continuity and natural texture into the space.
This commission reflects one of the possibilities of custom work: building on a piece someone already loves and creating something new that feels connected, but not identical.
